Selection and presentation

Within 5 to 10 days, we present 2 to 3 pre-validated profiles. Each profile comes with a detailed brief, a selection report and availability for an interview.

Secure onboarding

We guarantee replacement within 3 weeks at no extra cost. If a profile doesn't meet your expectations during the trial period (30 days), we find an immediate replacement. Your activity is never blocked.
Every talent signs a reinforced NDA before accessing your systems. Accesses are configured with least-privilege principles and supervised. We are GDPR-compliant: no client data is stored on uncontrolled third-party systems. A DPA (Data Processing Agreement) is available on request.
From audit to first operational day: under 3 weeks as a rule. Audit (D0) → Profile shortlist (D5-10) → Validation (D10-12) → Onboarding (D12-17) → Operational (D17-21).
Missions start with a 3-month renewable commitment. No annual lock-in. We prefer building a trust relationship over time rather than tying you contractually.
The founder conducts a daily touchpoint with every talent on mission. You receive a concise weekly report. You have a direct communication channel with the founder for any decision. You do not manage HR, absences, delays or motivation.
Absolutely. A 30 to 45-minute video interview is systematically offered before any validation. This is also an opportunity to check cultural fit and communication. No profile is imposed: you have the final say.
