We only collect data that you voluntarily provide through the contact form:

3. Retention Period
Data collected through the contact form is retained for a maximum of 36 months from your last interaction with AURYSSE. After this period, it is deleted or anonymised.
4. Recipients and Sub-processors
Your data may be shared with the following sub-processors, solely for the purpose of handling your request:

These sub-processors are bound to AURYSSE by a data processing agreement (DPA) ensuring an adequate level of protection in accordance with the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We never sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.
5. International Transfers
Some of our sub-processors (Resend, Supabase, Vercel) are based in the United States. These transfers are governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission, in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR, ensuring a level of protection equivalent to that applicable within the European Union.
6. Audience Measurement
This website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly audience measurement tool. Plausible sets no cookies, does not collect IP addresses and does not create individual profiles. Only aggregated and anonymous data is collected (page views, country, device type). No consent is required.
With your consent, we also use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure our site's performance. These tools may collect aggregated behavioural data. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the "Manage cookie preferences" link in the footer or by consulting our cookie policy.

AURYSSE implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure: TLS encryption in transit, access control via authentication, application-level security policies (RLS), and hosting with ISO 27001-certified providers.
